KUWAIT, His Highness the Prime Minister Sheikh Ahmad Abdullah Al-Ahmad Al-Sabah sent on Tuesday a cable of condolences to president of Niger and chief of the Safeguard National Council Abdourahamane Tchiani, expressing sincere sorrow over victims of the heavy rain and landslide that hit the country.
