Minister of Justice Dr. Walid bin Muhammad Al-Samaani, on an official visit to the Republic of Albania, has met with Albanian Justice Minister Olsi Manja with whom he signed a memorandum of understanding whereby the two sides undertake to exchange information, experience and best global practices.
The ministers also discussed ways to strengthen relations in the judicial and justice fields.
Al-Samaani presented the reforms in the judicial sector, with the support of Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud and under the supervision and follow-up of His Royal Highness Prince Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, Crown Prince and Prime Minister, which include specialized legislation, which was announced and directly supervised by HRH the Crown Prince and which include the personal status law and the civil transactions law, among others.
