Jeddah: Saudi Arabia has reaffirmed its commitment to ensuring that Palestine achieves peace through adherence to international legitimacy resolutions. Minister of State, Cabinet Member for Shura Council Affairs, and Acting Minister of Media, Essam bin Saad bin Saeed, conveyed this stance in a statement to the Saudi Press Agency following a cabinet session led by Crown Prince and Prime Minister Mohammed bin Salman.
According to Union of OIC News Agencies, the cabinet highlighted the crucial role of the international community in addressing the adverse consequences of Israeli actions against Palestinians. The session emphasized the need to safeguard innocent civilians and to foster a peaceful reality for Palestine, in line with established international resolutions.
The Cabinet also reviewed ongoing regional and global developments, reiterating the Kingdom's position as previously articulated by the Crown Prince. Saudi Arabia remains committed to supporting international efforts aimed at securing regional and global peace, resolving crises, reducing tensions, and promoting dialogue through diplomatic means as a viable approach to conflict resolution.
