Saudi Arabia and Kiribati Ink Air Transport Services Agreement

Riyadh: Saudi Arabia's Minister of Transport and Logistic Services and General Authority of Civil Aviation (GACA) board Chairman, Eng. Saleh Al-Jasser, has signed a significant air transport services agreement with the Republic of Kiribati. The agreement was formalized in the presence of Kiribati's Minister for Information, Communications, and Transport, Alexander Teabo, and GACA President Abdulaziz Al-Duailej. This event took place on the sidelines of the High-Level Aviation Week, organized by the Ministry of Transport in Singapore.

According to Saudi Press Agency, the agreement is designed to enhance collaboration in air transport services between the two nations. It underscores the mutual benefit and respect, adhering to the applicable laws, regulations, and directives within both countries. The agreement also aims to establish a robust regulatory framework for air transport, further strengthening bilateral cooperation.

This collaboration is poised to advance the civil aviation sector's strategic goals by fostering international partnerships and enhancing global relations. The agreement will enable national carriers from both Saudi Arabia and Kiribati to expand their operational networks, thereby contributing to the growth and development of the civil aviation sector.
