Niger, The Saudi ambassador to the Republic of the Niger, Dr. Zaid Al-Harbi, met at his office today with the UN Women representative in Niger, Rachelle Mian Djangone.
The meeting reviewed topics of mutual concern, with Djangone presenting a briefing about UN Women’s activities in Niger.
She also commended the appointment of the Kingdom as president of the 69th annual UN Commission on the Status of Women in 2025.
Al-Harbi highlighted the Kingdom’s support to Nigerien citizens, especially women, through the King Abdullah Educational Complex in Niamey and other healthcare centers for women and children in other parts of Niger.
