Riyadh: The Saudi Retail Academy has announced the launch of a series of short-term training programs and associate diploma programs, fully or partially supported by the Human Resources Development Fund, as part of its ongoing efforts to qualify and empower Saudi citizens with skills that meet the needs of the labor market in the retail sector.
According to Saudi Press Agency, the new programs include specialized career paths in fields such as brand manager, area manager, showroom manager, and sales representative. They combine theory and practice, providing flexible training options on-the-job or at the academy's headquarters. Trainees are also awarded certificates accredited by the Saudi-based Technical and Vocational Training Corporation and City and Guilds, a leading UK entity in accrediting vocational programs, enhancing the program's credibility and graduates' standing in the labor market.
