Riyadh: The Founding Day celebrations in Riyadh concluded on Sunday evening, marking a successful event organized by the Royal Commission for Riyadh City and the Principality of Riyadh region. The celebrations spanned four days, from February 20 to 23, 2025, and attracted over 50,000 visitors.
According to Saudi Press Agency, the event achieved a Guinness World Record for the largest Saudi Ardah performance, featuring 633 participants. Ardah, a traditional dance, is considered a significant national tradition in Saudi Arabia. The record-setting performance underscores the pride in Saudi identity and the importance placed on preserving and promoting cultural heritage on a global scale.
