Jeddah: The Red Sea Fund, a program under the Red Sea Film Foundation, has opened its fourth 2025 cycle, inviting filmmakers to apply for post-production grants from August 6 to 21, 2025.
According to Saudi Press Agency, this cycle focuses on projects that have completed filming and are entering the post-production phase, including editing, color grading, sound design, mixing, and other technical elements essential to completing the final cut of the film and preparing it for festival screenings or distribution.
Since its inception in 2021, the Red Sea Fund has supported over 280 film projects, many of which have gone on to receive prestigious awards at multiple international forums.
The Red Sea Fund is a pioneering initiative launched by the Red Sea Film Foundation to nurture talent and promote growth in the global film industry, with a focus on supporting filmmakers from the Kingdom, the Arab world, and Africa. The fund provides financial support, mentorship, and the necessary resources to empower diverse narratives and stimulate innovative ideas.
