Beirut: Oil prices rose in Lebanon on Friday, as the price of 95-octane and 98-octane gasoline increased by LBP 12,000 per tank, while diesel saw a rise of LBP 10,000. The cost of a gas cylinder remained unchanged.
According to National News Agency – Lebanon, the new pricing update reflects the ongoing adjustments in the global oil market that have been impacting local fuel costs. The revised prices set 95-octane gasoline at LBP 1,324,000 and 98-octane gasoline at LBP 1,364,000. Diesel prices adjusted to LBP 1,242,000, while the price for a gas cylinder stayed consistent at LBP 1,197,000.
This development occurs as Lebanon continues to navigate a series of economic challenges.
