Riyadh: The National Housing Company (NHC) has entered into a preliminary agreement with Korean NAVER CLOUD Corporation to establish an investment partnership for a portfolio of businesses. The initiative is expected to surpass SAR2 billion and is aimed at implementing advanced business models while utilizing NAVER's expertise in the Saudi market. According to Saudi Press Agency, the agreement was signed during Cityscape Global, which took place from November 11 to 14. It aims to strengthen collaboration between NHC and NAVER in Saudi Arabia by promoting innovation and developing smart solutions for the real estate and technology sectors. The partnership seeks to leverage NAVER's advanced global expertise in smart technology and digital infrastructure to create services and solutions that enhance efficiency and transparency, particularly in the real estate and municipal sectors, while also benefiting the broader technology landscape. This initiative is anticipated to deliver integrated solutions, enabling d evelopers, investors, and end users to access a variety of services tailored to the rapidly growing Saudi market's needs.
