London: The King Salman Humanitarian Aid and Relief Centre (KSrelief) signed a cooperation program with Imperial College London on Tuesday.
According to Saudi Press Agency, the agreement was formalized by KSrelief Supervisor General Dr. Abdullah Al Rabeeah and President of Imperial College London Prof. Hugh Brady during Al Rabeeah's official visit to the United Kingdom.
The program aims to enhance training and capacity building in humanitarian work. It will facilitate the exchange of knowledge, experiences, field expertise, as well as research and studies. A key focus of the program will be supporting studies and research related to humanitarian work concerning conjoined twins.
This collaboration is in line with the Kingdom's broader relief and humanitarian efforts, as facilitated through KSrelief. The initiative also aims to further develop the Saudi Program for Separating Conjoined Twins by employing the latest international technologies.
