Bishkek: The King Salman Humanitarian Aid and Relief Center (KSrelief) launched a volunteer medical project for open-heart surgery and catheterization in Bishkek, the capital of the Kyrgyz Republic. The project, which has been running since November 9 and continues until November 16, includes 26 volunteers from various medical specialties.
According to Saudi Press Agency, since the start of the campaign, the medical team has successfully performed three open-heart surgeries and 28 catheterizations.
The initiative is part of Saudi Arabia’s ongoing efforts, through KSrelief, to provide volunteer medical services related to heart surgery, alleviating the suffering of patients around the world.
