King Hamad of Bahrain Hosts Saudi Media Minister Salman Al-Dossary

Manama: King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa of the Kingdom of Bahrain on Wednesday received Saudi Minister of Media Salman Al-Dossary. Al-Dossary visited Bahrain to lead the Saudi delegation at the fourth meeting of the Coordination Committee on Culture, Media, Tourism, and Social Development, which operates under the Saudi-Bahraini Coordination framework.

According to Saudi Press Agency, Al-Dossary conveyed the greetings of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud and His Royal Highness Prince Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, Crown Prince and Prime Minister, to King Hamad. In response, King Hamad extended his greetings to King Salman and the Crown Prince, wishing the Saudi populace continued progress and prosperity.

King Hamad welcomed the Saudi media minister and expressed hopes for a successful Coordination Committee meeting that would further enhance cooperation between Bahrain and Saudi Arabia. He highlighted the long-standing and historical ties between the two nations and reaffirmed a commitment to their ongoing development across various areas for mutual benefit. He also praised King Salman for his efforts to bolster relations and emphasized Saudi Arabia's unwavering support for Bahrain.

Additionally, King Hamad recognized the significance of the Saudi-Bahraini Coordination Council, chaired by the Crown Princes, in fostering collaboration and enhancing coordination in sectors such as media, culture, tourism, investment, economy, and development, aiming to achieve mutual aspirations.

The Saudi media minister conveyed his gratitude for King Hamad's continuous support in strengthening the enduring bonds between both countries and their citizens.
