Riyadh: The General Secretariat of the Zakat, Tax and Customs Committees has been awarded the ISO 10004 certification for customer satisfaction measurement by the International Organization for Standardization (ISO). This certification recognizes the secretariat's adherence to global best practices in customer experience and its continuous efforts to enhance service quality.

According to Saudi Press Agency, the certification resulted from a thorough audit conducted by experts from the accrediting body. The audit confirmed the secretariat's compliance with the standard's requirements, which include effective measurement and analysis of customer satisfaction. It also highlighted the use of advanced methodologies for data collection and assessment, along with strategic decision-making to improve overall service delivery.
