Sharm el-sheikh: General Court of Audit President Dr. Hussam Al-Anqari met today with Syrian Central Organization for Financial Control (COFAC) Deputy President Wasseem Al-Mansour. The meeting took place on the sidelines of the 25th General Assembly of the International Congress of Supreme Audit Institutions (XXV INCOSAI), which is being held from October 27-31 in Sharm El-Sheikh, Egypt.
According to Saudi Press Agency, the officials discussed cooperation and the exchange of expertise between the two counterpart institutions in financial auditing, compliance, and performance review. They explored collaboration opportunities in building professional capacities and developing methodologies and work manuals within the framework of INCOSAI and the Arab Organization of Supreme Audit Institutions (ARABOSAI), of which both institutions are members.
