Najran: President of Najran University Dr. Abdulrahman Al-Khudairi opened today the International Conference on Smart Technologies and Reliable Systems (SmarTRS), organized by the university in collaboration with the University of Technology and Applied Sciences in Oman and the University of Portsmouth in the United Kingdom. International speakers from various universities and research centers, both within and outside the Kingdom, attended the conference held at the Prince Jalawi bin Abdulaziz bin Musaed Conference Center.
According to Saudi Press Agency, during the event, the university president toured the exhibition, which showcased a range of research and scientific projects highlighting the efforts of researchers and students in technology, artificial intelligence, and digital transformation. Al-Khudairi emphasized that the university's organization of this conference aligns with Saudi Vision 2030, which prioritizes technology and digital transformation as essential components for building a sustainable future. He noted that the conference aims to bring together academics, industry experts, and students on a single platform to discuss the latest developments, share experiences, review scientific research findings, and explore future applications in the fields of smart technologies and reliable systems.
