Riyadh: The National Center for Meteorology has forecast cold to very cold weather today in parts of Tabuk, Al-Jouf, Northern Borders, Hail, Eastern, Riyadh, and Qassim regions. Dust-stirring winds are anticipated to blow in the southern parts of Eastern and Riyadh regions, extending to Najran, Makkah, Madinah, and Tabuk regions.
According to Saudi Press Agency, the sky will be partly cloudy with a chance of rain in parts of Jazan, Aseer, Al-Baha, Makkah, Riyadh, and Eastern regions. Fog is expected to form during the night and early morning hours in these areas, as well as in parts of Northern Borders, Al-Jouf, and Tabuk regions.
Winds over the Red Sea are predicted to be westerly to northerly in the northern and central parts at speeds of 25-45 km/h, and southeasterly to southerly in the southern part at speeds of 15-35 km/h. Waves may range from one meter to two and a half meters, and the sea conditions will vary from calm to choppy.
In the Arabian Gulf, winds will be northerly to northwesterly at speeds of 20-50 km/h, with waves ranging from one meter to two and a half meters. The sea is expected to be calm to choppy.
