The General Directorate of Civil Defense urged citizens and residents to take precautions and stay in safe places, avoiding areas prone to flash floods and valleys, and refrain from swimming in them. It stressed adhering to the instructions disseminated through various media outlets, as rainfall continues in certain regions of the Kingdom from Friday until Tuesday. Dust-stirring winds will blow and moderate to heavy rainfall and hail may fall in Makkah region. Riyadh region will also be affected by moderate to heavy rainfall. The Eastern Region, Najran, Al-Baha, Aseer, and Jazan regions will be impacted by moderate to heavy rainfall, while the regions of Madinah, the Northern Borders, Qassim, and Hail can expect light to moderate rainfall.
