According to Saudi Press Agency, visual artist Mai Al-Huwaiti explained that resin art relies on combining two essential materials, resin and hardener. She noted that the success of a piece depends primarily on the precision of mixing ratios, the choice of colors, and the skillful incorporation of different materials.

She pointed out that this art form requires a high degree of precision, patience, and creativity to produce a variety of items, including accessories, keychains, wall paintings, and souvenirs. Custom pieces can also be designed according to collectors' preferences.

She added that artists in this field are keen to incorporate elements inspired by the local environment into their artwork, such as dried flowers, sand, shells, and gemstones, giving each piece a unique local character.
