Saudi Arabia Wraps Up Guest of Honor Role at China Investment Fair

Riyadh: The Kingdom of Saudi Arabia concluded its participation as the Guest of Honor at the 26th China International Fair for Investment and Trade 2026, held in Xiamen from September 8 to 11, presenting its economic transformation and priority sector opportunities.

According to Saudi Press Agency, the Saudi Investment Promotion Authority organized the pavilion, which integrated key government bodies, including the ministries of investment, energy, industry and mineral resources, and municipalities and housing. The pavilion also featured the Economic Cities and Special Zones Authority, the General Authority of Foreign Trade, the Royal Commission for Jubail and Yanbu, the Saudi Competitiveness and Business Center, the Cultural Development Fund, the Tourism Development Fund, Saudi Aramco, ACWA Power, SABIC, and Alat.

Participating entities presented the Kingdom's evolving regulatory landscape, competitive incentives, advanced logistics networks, and special economic zones. Presentations emphasized partnership opportunities in energy, mining, petrochemicals, advanced manufacturing, technology transfer, tourism, and infrastructure.

Throughout the fair, the pavilion hosted targeted bilateral meetings, workshops, and panel sessions connecting global investors with Saudi delegates. Discussions spotlighted the investor journey, priority Saudi Vision 2030 sectors, and incentives under the Regional Headquarters program, reinforcing bilateral trade ties and value chain integration between Saudi Arabia and global markets.
