Riyadh: The Zakat, Tax and Customs Authority (ZATCA) has issued a call to establishments subject to excise tax, urging them to submit their tax returns for January and February 2026 by March 31.
According to Saudi Press Agency, ZATCA is encouraging taxpayers to file their returns promptly through its website, zatca.gov.sa, to avoid penalties associated with late submission. These penalties can range from a minimum of 5% up to 25% of the tax due. Additionally, there is a late payment penalty of 5% of the unpaid tax for each month or part thereof.

Other methods of contact include the ‘Ask Zakat, Tax and Customs’ account (@Zatca_Care) on X, email ([email protected]), or live chat through the website.
