Riyadh: Vice Minister of Foreign Affairs Waleed Elkhereiji received a phone call today from Minister of Foreign Affairs, International Cooperation and Mauritanians Abroad Dr. Mohamed Salem Ould Merzoug. During the call, the Mauritanian foreign minister strongly condemned the blatant Iranian attacks against Saudi Arabia, expressing his country's solidarity and support for the Kingdom's measures to protect its territory.
According to Saudi Press Agency, the two sides also discussed the latest regional and international developments, their implications for the region, and efforts to support stability and security.
