Mecca: The Ministry of Hajj and Umrah continues to operate the Pilgrims Care Center (1966) at full capacity during Arafah Day, providing immediate support to pilgrims through an advanced communication system covering all holy sites, reflecting the ministry's commitment to offering comprehensive assistance to the pilgrims.

According to Saudi Press Agency, the center offers a range of services, including answering inquiries, registering reports, assisting with guidance, and receiving complaints. It coordinates responses with service providers and provides psychological support when needed. The center operates in 11 major languages to ensure broad accessibility, especially for pilgrims from non-Arabic speaking countries.

The center relies on a modern technical infrastructure that enables it to achieve an average response time of just 41 seconds. The system is supported by a comprehensive information bank containing over 300 pre-prepared answers to the most common questions, significantly enhancing response efficiency and processing speed. Services are delivered by qualified and trained personnel working around the clock within an integrated operational model, ensuring rapid response and effective follow-up in coordination with relevant authorities.
