Uhud Hospital Serves Over 223,000 Patients in First Half of 2025

Madinah: Uhud Hospital provided medical services to 223,724 patients in the first half of 2025, reflecting its commitment to enhancing healthcare quality, facilitating patient access, and prioritizing prevention over treatment, in line with the Health Sector Transformation Program, a key initiative of Saudi Vision 2030.

According to Saudi Press Agency, the Madinah Health Cluster reported that the emergency department at the hospital treated 144,684 patients, while outpatient clinics served 79,040 visitors. The hospital performed 2,261 surgical operations, showcasing the readiness of its medical teams.

A total of 407,054 laboratory tests, 12,237 radiology examinations, and 94,377 prescriptions were provided as part of diagnostic and supportive services. Additionally, 646 patients received physical therapy.

Uhud Hospital is dedicated to improving healthcare quality and efficiency, striving to elevate service standards in alignment with Saudi Vision 2030 objectives.
