TVTC and Chinese Commerce Ministry Launch Joint Training Workshop in Riyadh

Riyadh: As part of the memorandum of understanding signed between the Technical and Vocational Training Corporation (TVTC) in the Kingdom and the Ministry of Commerce of the People's Republic of China, represented by the Academy for International Business Officials (AIBO), 55 TVTC staff members and leaders are participating in a workshop in Riyadh from November 18 to 27.

According to Saudi Press Agency, the event aims to reinforce the Saudi-Chinese partnership and advance the Kingdom's training system and national competency development, in alignment with Vision 2030. The workshop is designed to enhance collaboration and facilitate knowledge exchange between the two nations.

The workshop covers several key themes, including China's national situation, economic and trade cooperation with Arab countries, the Fourth Industrial Revolution, new industrial opportunities, AI and digital technology applications, and smart city development. These topics are crucial for participants to understand the evolving global landscape and to implement innovative strategies within the Kingdom's training system.

This initiative underscores the commitment of both nations to foster bilateral relations and leverage shared expertise to support sustainable development goals. The collaboration is expected to yield significant benefits in the areas of technology and vocational training, ultimately contributing to the broader objectives of economic diversification and modernization.
