Turaif: Turaif Governorate in the Northern Borders Region recorded 0°C this morning, marking the lowest temperature among cities and governorates across the Kingdom. It was followed by Arar at 2°C, Qassim at 3°C, and Rafha at 4°C.
According to Saudi Press Agency, these figures were reported in the National Center for Meteorology’s daily update on the lowest temperatures recorded across the Kingdom.
