Turaif: The governorates of Turaif and Rafha in Northern Borders Region recorded the lowest temperatures in the Kingdom today, at one degree Celsius, according to a report by the National Center for Meteorology.
According to Saudi Press Agency, the National Center for Meteorology had earlier warned of a cold wave affecting Northern Borders Region, with impacts including a drop in temperatures, calling for the necessary precautions to address the effects of the cold weather.
