Riyadh: The National Center for Meteorology has issued a weather forecast for Thursday, predicting light to moderate thunderstorms, along with hail and dust-stirring winds, in parts of Jazan, Aseer, Al-Baha, and Makkah regions. There is also a possibility of fog formation in these areas and in the southern parts of the Eastern Region.
According to Saudi Press Agency, Madinah and Hail regions can expect partially cloudy to cloudy skies, with the possibility of thundershowers accompanied by gusty winds. The forecast also includes specific details for wind conditions over the Red Sea, where winds will blow northwesterly to northerly at speeds of 12-32 km/h in the northern and central parts, and southerly to southeasterly at speeds of 15-50 km/h in the southern part. Waves are expected to range from half a meter to over two meters, indicating calm to choppy sea conditions.
In the Arabian Gulf, the winds will be northwesterly to northerly at speeds of 10-30 km/h, with wave heights ranging from half a meter to one meter, suggesting relatively calm sea conditions.
