The Two Holy Mosques Authority Showcases Innovations for Umrah Performers, Pilgrims

Madinah: The General Authority for the Care of the Affairs of the Grand Mosque and the Prophet's Mosque participated in the 25th Scientific Forum for Hajj, Umrah and Visit Research, held at the King Salman International Conference Center in Madinah.

According to Saudi Press Agency, the authority's pavilion showcased key innovations that enhance services for pilgrims, including technologies for ending the state of ihram and smart sensor systems. These innovations are part of projects focused on sustainability, cost rationalization, and boosting operational efficiency.

The authority's participation also included the screening of a cinematic film that documents aspects of caring for the Prophet's Mosque. This presentation reflects the authority's efforts to leverage technology and innovation to serve visitors to the Prophet's Mosque. These efforts align with the objectives of Saudi Vision 2030 to improve the visitor experience and raise service quality.
