Washington: The Transport General Authority (TGA) concluded its participation in the Transportation Research Board (TRB) Conference in Washington, D.C., with a delegation headed by TGA Deputy for Transport Enabling Dr. Omaimah Bamasaq.
According to Saudi Press Agency, during the conference, the authority presented two research papers addressing innovative solutions to enhance efficiency in the transport sector and improve operational and organizational performance. It also took part in specialized dialogue sessions that discussed the latest developments in the sector, as well as future challenges and opportunities.
The authority highlighted its key partnerships with the public and private sectors to improve transport services. It also reviewed its role in enhancing pilgrims' mobility during the 1446 AH Hajj season through various transport modes.
