Mecca: The comprehensive national application Tawakkalna has launched new services for pilgrims during the Hajj season 1446 AH. The Weather Gate service, developed in collaboration with the National Center for Meteorology, provides immediate daily weather forecasts, including temperature, humidity levels, wind conditions, and weather changes for the upcoming five days. This feature enables pilgrims to plan their movements and perform their rituals under optimal conditions.
According to Saudi Press Agency, Tawakkalna has introduced an Ambulance Request service to enhance safety for pilgrims. This service allows users to request emergency medical assistance through simple steps via the application, as well as an SOS feature. The integration of this service ensures rapid response to health emergencies, facilitated by collaboration between Tawakkalna and the Saudi Red Crescent Authority.
These offerings reflect Tawakkalna's commitment to improving the journey of pilgrims and assisting them in performing their rituals effectively. This initiative aligns with the objectives of the Pilgrim Experience Program, a key component of Saudi Vision 2030, which aims to leverage smart solutions for the benefit of pilgrims.
