Northern borders: The deserts of Northern Borders Region transform during spring into stunning natural landscapes that attract desert camping and outdoor excursion enthusiasts, with moderate temperatures and blooming of wildflowers covering vast areas to create a vibrant and picturesque scene.



According to Saudi Press Agency, spring weather also contributes to the revival of natural pastures, supporting livestock activity as herders benefit from the abundance of vegetation cover. This reflects environmental balance and the traditional character of Bedouin life, adding an extra dimension to the outdoor experiences enjoyed by visitors.



Northern Borders Region is considered one of the Kingdom’s richest areas in terms of livestock, as a report issued by the regional branch of the Ministry of Environment, Water and Agriculture indicated that the total livestock population reached 7,551,997 head.



Many visitors emphasize the importance of preserving these natural sites by adhering to proper practices, such as not leaving waste, avoiding damage to wild plants, and following safety guidelines, contributing to the sustainability of these environments for future generations.
