According to Saudi Press Agency, among its standout offerings is the "Hajj Without Luggage" service, which enables local and international transport of pilgrims' baggage without the need to carry it while moving between the holy sites. This significantly reduces logistical burdens, allowing pilgrims to focus on their spiritual journey with greater comfort.
This service integrates seamlessly with the Haramain High-Speed Railway, enabling pilgrims to travel smoothly between Makkah, Madinah, and the holy sites without having to manage their luggage. Belongings are delivered efficiently to designated locations, enhancing mobility and optimizing the pilgrim experience.
In support of the healthcare system, SPL also provides specialized medical logistics in collaboration with the Ministry of Health. These include the secure and timely transport of biological samples, blood units and derivatives, toxicology, and forensic specimens between hospitals and laboratories in and around the holy sites, ensuring uninterrupted healthcare services during Hajj.
