Riyadh: Chief Executive Officer of the Saudi Food and Drug Authority (SFDA) Dr. Hisham bin Saad Aljadhey today received Cambodian Minister of Commerce Cham Nimul and her accompanying delegation at the SFDA headquarters in Riyadh. Non-Resident Ambassador of Cambodia to Saudi Arabia Uk Sarun also attended the meeting.
According to Saudi Press Agency, discussions focused on trade relations and opportunities for food and agricultural products between the two countries, including facilitating registration procedures while ensuring product safety and quality. Cooperation and support for Cambodia regarding halal matters were also addressed.
Additionally, the two sides discussed several other topics of mutual interest within the SFDA's purview.
