The Saudi Development and Reconstruction Program for Yemen (SDRPY) concluded its participation in the Common Ground Exhibition (CGE) held in Riyadh by the Ministry of Culture from September 8 to 20. SDRPY’s participation included the establishment of a pavilion showcasing its development projects and initiatives in Yemen.
SDRPY’s pavilion at CGE received wide attention from visitors, influencers, and numerous diplomatic and cultural figures from both Saudi Arabia and Yemen, as well as various media outlets. This participation reflects SDRPY’s ongoing efforts to support culture and preserve historical heritage in Yemen.
The pavilion highlighted SDRPY’s development projects and initiatives, which amounted to 229 across seven key sectors: education, health, water, energy, transportation, agriculture, and fisheries, in addition to capacity-building for government institutions. These efforts have significantly improved daily life in Yemeni provinces, enhanced infrastructure across various sectors, created job opportunities, and contributed to supporting the economy.
