SBA, in Collaboration with HUMAIN, Launches Innovative National Film Powered by AI Technologies

Riyadh: The Saudi Broadcasting Authority (SBA) launched a distinctive national production in celebration of the Kingdom's 95th National Day, created with more than 90% reliance on artificial intelligence (AI) technologies. The initiative reflects SBA's commitment to harnessing innovation and modern technology in media production to reinforce the national message.

According to Saudi Press Agency, the production draws its content from royal decrees historically broadcast by SBA, which reflected the leadership's concern for citizens and their profound impact on improving quality of life and advancing the Kingdom's comprehensive development journey.

The idea for the short film originated within SBA, where it was developed into a full script and scenario. Its execution was overseen in collaboration with HUMAIN, which carried out the project entirely using HUMAIN Create and advanced Luma models to produce video content without traditional cameras or production crews.

The new inference model, Ray3, is regarded as one of the most advanced AI video models with integrated reasoning capabilities, able to design, evaluate, and refine scenes with cultural and visual precision.

The National Day short film was generated in High Dynamic Range (HDR), ensuring cinematic accuracy in lighting, motion, and detail.

This production aligns with the objectives of Saudi Vision 2030 to invest in AI and harness modern technologies, contributing to the advancement of national media, showcasing Saudi identity in a contemporary style, and reflecting the Kingdom's stature and leadership in technology and innovation.
