Saudi Women’s Football Team Begins Final Preparation for 2026 Asian Cup Qualifiers

Bangkok: The Saudi Women's National Football Team will begin its training camp today in Bangkok, Thailand, running until June 25. This camp marks the second phase of the team's preparation for the 2026 AFC Women's Asian Cup qualifiers. Training will focus on enhancing fitness, tactical coordination, and overall team performance ahead of the continental competition.

According to Saudi Press Agency, following the camp, the Saudi team will depart Bangkok on June 26 for Phnom Penh, Cambodia, in preparation for the group stage of the qualifiers, scheduled from June 26 to July 6.

All three group stage matches will take place at the National Olympic Stadium in Phnom Penh. The Saudi squad will open their campaign against the Philippines on June 29, face Hong Kong on July 2, and conclude with a match against the host nation, Cambodia, on July 5.
