Manama: The Saudi under-16 basketball team earned a victory over their Kuwaiti counterparts, winning 73-50 in a match held yesterday in the Kingdom of Bahrain as part of the Gulf basketball championship.
According to Saudi Press Agency, the Saudi team asserted its dominance early, closing the first half with a commanding 38-20 lead. They maintained their momentum throughout the second half, ultimately securing a 23-point win.
With this triumph, the team concluded their campaign, officially securing qualification for the 2025 Asia Cup in Mongolia.
