Riyadh: Manga Productions, a subsidiary of the Mohammed Bin Salman Foundation (Misk), is participating in the Esports World Cup, the world's largest esports event hosted in Riyadh from July 7 to August 24. The company is showcasing a selection of its top gaming projects, developed or Arabized by young national talents.
According to Saudi Press Agency, these projects include FUTURES FOLKTALES Hopper Quest, a game inspired by the Saudi anime series Future's Folktales. This series has been broadcast on more than 40 platforms and has garnered over 100 million views. Another featured game is Dynasty Warriors: ORIGINS, the latest title in the popular DYNASTY WARRIORS series by Koei Tecmo, which was localized and published this year by Manga Productions.
The company's participation aims to enhance engagement with the gaming community. It also highlights the company's efforts in developing and localizing video games that reflect regional culture and identity, while delivering local content with global production standards.
