Saudi National Council Honored with International ORP Recognition 2025 Award for Occupational Safety

Cartagena de indias: The National Council for Occupational Safety and Health of Saudi Arabia has been awarded the prestigious International ORP Recognition 2025 award for its outstanding contributions to occupational safety and health. The award ceremony took place during the 25th International Congress ORP, held in Cartagena de Indias, Colombia, from July 31 to August 1, 2025.

According to Saudi Press Agency, the Secretary-General of the council, Eng. Majed Alfuwaiz, attended the congress to represent Saudi Arabia's efforts in enhancing occupational safety and health standards. The congress provided a platform for the Kingdom to showcase its initiatives and achievements in line with the objectives of Saudi Vision 2030.

During the event, Eng. Alfuwaiz accepted the International ORP Recognition 2025 award on behalf of the council. This annual award is bestowed upon institutions that have made substantial contributions to improving workplace safety and protecting the health of workers worldwide.
