Saudi-Iraqi Parliamentary Friendship Committee of Shura Council Meets President of Iraqi Supreme Judicial Council

A meeting was held between the delegation of the Saudi-Iraqi Parliamentary Friendship Committee (SIPFC), led by a Shura Council member and Chairman of the SIPFC, Dr. Ibrahim bin Mohammed Al-Qanass, and the President of the Iraqi Supreme Judicial Council, Judge Faiq Zidan, in the Iraqi capital, Baghdad. Zidan emphasized the importance of unifying positions and facing challenges, noting that the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia has a strong influence on the international stage.

 

The Shura Council delegation also met with the Governor of Anbar, Dr. Ali Farhan Al-Dulaimi, who expressed his great satisfaction with the visit, reflecting the historical depth of relations between the two brotherly countries. He praised the role of the Kingdom, represented by its various efforts in various fields in support of Iraq.

 

These meetings were attended by the Saudi Ambassador to Iraq, Abdulaziz Al-Shamari, and the president and members of the SIPFC in the Iraqi Council of Representatives.
