Saudi Foreign Minister Holds Working Dinner for Ministerial Committee Assigned by Joint Arab-Islamic Extraordinary Summit on Gaza Strip, and Spanish Counterpart

Madrid: Saudi Minister of Foreign Affairs Prince Faisal bin Farhan bin Abdullah yesterday held a working dinner for Qatari Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs Sheikh Mohammed bin Abdulrahman bin Jassim Al Thani, Palestinian Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs and Expatriates Mohammad Mustafa, Jordanian Minister of Foreign Affairs and Expatriates Ayman Safadi, Spanish Minister for Foreign Affairs, European Union and Cooperation José Manuel Albares, and Secretary General of the Organization of Islamic Cooperation Hissein Brahim Taha. The event was held on the sidelines of the visit to Madrid, Spain, of the ministerial committee assigned by the Joint Arab Islamic Extraordinary Summit to tackle developments in Gaza Strip. They discussed the serious developments in Gaza Strip, and the international efforts exerted to tackle them. Also discussed was the need to intensify international mobilization to recognize the independent State of Palestine, based on the 1967 borders with East Jerusalem as its capital.
