Riyadh: Saudi Arabia has expressed its support for the recently signed peace agreement between Rwanda and the Democratic Republic of the Congo, a significant step facilitated by the United States of America.
According to Union of OIC News Agencies, the Saudi Ministry of Foreign Affairs welcomed the signing of the agreement, emphasizing the Kingdom's hope that it will meet the aspirations of both nations for development and prosperity. The Ministry highlighted the potential benefits this agreement could bring to regional and international security and peace.
The announcement also included commendations for the diplomatic efforts and constructive roles played by both the United States and the State of Qatar in achieving this agreement.
