Saudi Arabia and Serbia Sign Visa Exemption Agreement for Diplomatic Passports

Riyadh: On behalf of Minister of Foreign Affairs Prince Faisal bin Farhan bin Abdullah, Vice Minister of Foreign Affairs Waleed Elkhereiji met with Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Serbia Marko Djuric in Belgrade. During their meeting, the officials reviewed bilateral relations and explored avenues to strengthen and develop these ties further. They also discussed issues of mutual interest that could benefit both nations. According to Saudi Press Agency, following the discussions, Elkhereiji and Djuric signed an agreement between the governments of Saudi Arabia and Serbia. This agreement provides mutual exemption from short-stay visa requirements for holders of diplomatic, special, and service passports. The initiative is part of the ongoing efforts to enhance coordination and foster cooperation between the two countries across various sectors. The agreement highlights the commitment of both Saudi Arabia and Serbia to deepening their diplomatic relations and facilitating smoother interactions b etween officials from each country.
