Riyadh: The ministries of foreign affairs of Saudi Arabia and China convened for the second round of political consultations in Riyadh on Monday. This significant meeting was chaired by Vice Minister of Foreign Affairs of Saudi Arabia Waleed El-Khereiji and his Chinese counterpart, Vice Minister of Foreign Affairs Deng Li. According to Saudi Press Agency, the discussions focused on the development of bilateral relations and emphasized the importance of enhancing joint coordination to serve the aspirations of both nations. The consultations also covered updates and topics of mutual interest, reflecting the ongoing commitment of both countries to strengthen their diplomatic and economic ties. The meeting was attended by Saudi Arabia's Ambassador to China, Abdulrahman Al-Harbi, and Director of the Department of the Asian Countries at the Saudi Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Nasser Al-Ghanoum. The participation of these high-ranking officials underscores the importance both nations place on this diplomatic engage ment.
