Riyadh: The Saudi Central Bank (SAMA) announced the Cabinet's approval to license a new digital bank in Saudi Arabia, 'EZ Bank,' with a capital of SAR2.5 billion.
According to Saudi Press Agency, with the license, the total number of licensed banks in the Kingdom has reached 39, including 15 local banks and 24 branches of foreign banks, reflecting the strength, resilience, and attractiveness of the banking sector in particular and the Saudi economy in general.
