REGA Joins Saudi Luxury Real Estate Show as Strategic Partner

Riyadh: The Real Estate General Authority (REGA) is participating as a strategic partner in the Saudi Luxury Real Estate Show, being held in London from August 24 to 28. REGA's involvement highlights its commitment to showcasing the regulatory framework that governs Saudi Arabia's real estate sector. The authority plays a crucial role in regulating, supervising, and developing non-governmental real estate activities, which aims to enhance transaction reliability and promote clarity within the regulatory environment of the market.

According to Saudi Press Agency, REGA is participating through the pavilion of Saudi Properties, the official digital portal for non-Saudis' real estate ownership in the Kingdom. This pavilion serves as an introduction to the ownership journey, outlining relevant requirements and procedures in line with the Law of Real Estate Ownership by Non-Saudis, its implementing regulations, and approved regulatory controls.

The participation of REGA is timely, as the Law of Real Estate Ownership by Non-Saudis and its implementing regulations have recently come into force. This development is part of the broader regulatory framework governing the real estate market, highlighting REGA's ongoing efforts to introduce and enhance the reliability of its regulatory frameworks among stakeholders.
