Riyadh: The Real Estate General Authority (REGA) is set to host the second edition of the Global PropTech Summit 2025 in Riyadh in October. The summit will be held under the patronage of Minister of Municipalities and Housing, and Chairman of REGA's Board of Directors Majed Al-Hogail.
According to Saudi Press Agency, the event serves as an international platform, bringing together leading figures, experts, and CEOs from real estate technology, investment, and finance companies worldwide. An accompanying real estate technology exhibition will showcase the latest innovations and technical advancements. This aims to achieve the goals of the Saudi real estate sector and enhance its global leadership, aligning with Saudi Vision 2030.
The summit will feature sessions, workshops, and meetings covering global trends reshaping real estate innovation and the urban landscape. Discussions will explore the future of PropTech investment, digital asset ownership, and the evolving role of artificial intelligence in real estate-from automation to predictive insights.
