Rafha’s Recreation and Green Spaces Expanded to Enhance Community Well-Being

Rafha: Northern Borders Municipality has completed the development of 150,000 square meters of new parks and green spaces in Rafha, bringing the total area of public parks in the governorate to 1.53 million square meters and green spaces to 1.35 million square meters. This milestone reflects the municipality's commitment to enhancing the quality of life and elevating the urban environment for its residents.

According to Saudi Press Agency, these green spaces are thoughtfully spread across multiple locations and include pedestrian walkways, children's playgrounds, family seating areas, restaurants, food trucks, bicycle lanes, parking facilities, and 10 sports fields.

This initiative is part of a comprehensive environmental and recreational development plan aimed at enriching the human experience and fostering a balanced lifestyle for all age groups. It aligns with the goals of the Quality of Life Program, one of the Saudi Vision 2030 programs.
