Makkah: A Quranic forum for directors and imams of religious affairs from brotherly and friendly countries convened in Makkah on the sidelines of the 10th International Holy Quran Competition for Military Personnel, organized by the General Directorate of Religious Affairs of the Armed Forces.
According to Saudi Press Agency, Advisor to the Chief of the General Staff Sheikh Abdulrahman Al-Husseini expressed gratitude to the wise leadership for its unwavering support of the Holy Quran and continuous patronage of Quranic competitions, conferences, and gatherings worldwide.
Director General of the General Administration of Religious Affairs of the Armed Forces Maj. Gen. Dr. Mesfer Al-Issa, supervisor general of the competition, emphasized that this forum underscores the Kingdom's commitment to elevating the status of the Holy Quran and promoting its values and guidance.
